How we are dealing with COVID-19

Over the last few months we have seen a dramatic change in the way we work and we wanted to update you on our developments. As a practice we have had to re-design our service to avoid the health centre becoming a vehicle to transmit the Covid-19 virus to our more vulnerable patients and to our staff.

To this end, we are changing the way patients’ contact the practice. Where possible we want our patients to contact us online using this website. This online service gives you various options to suit your requirements; you can ask a GP a question, request your repeat prescriptions, request sick notes and set up an online, video or telephone consultations.

We are available for appointments but they will be handled remotely first and face-to-face only if absolutely necessary. If a GP decides that you require a face to face appointment you must ensure you have no Covid-19 symptoms before attending.

If you do not have access to the internet please continue to telephone the surgery where a receptionist will complete the online form on your behalf.
