Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Our PPG is a group of patients and staff committed to working together to improve patient satisfaction at all 3 GP practices here. It’s a forum to share experiences and ideas to deliver positive change.
The PPG is open to all patients and carers over 18 years old. You will gain a better awareness of how your practice operates and the roles of the practice staff.
Its your chance to feedback, make suggestions and recommend improvements for consideration and possible action.
The target is for quarterly PPG meetings at the West Byfleet Health Centre. There is no commitment to attend every meeting and there will be an option to join us virtually if you wish? Details of all meetings and minutes will be forwarded by email to members.
